Definitions: In these terms and conditions, “The Vendor” means Forever Party and all its divisions, employees and subsidiary companies. “The Customer” means any person, firm, company or other legal entity which places an order, or buys any products from the Vendor and includes the employees, agents or sub-contractors of any such person, firm, company or other legal entity. “Products” means item agreed in the contract to be supplied by the Vendor to the Customer. “Terms and Conditions” means the terms and conditions of sale.
This page (together with the documents referred to on it) informs the Customer of the terms and conditions on which the Vendor supplies any of the products (“Products”) listed on the Vendor’s website www.foreverparty.co.uk. Please read these terms and conditions carefully and make sure that they are understood, before ordering any Products from the Vendor’s website. The Customer should understand that by ordering any of the Vendor’s Products, the Customer is agreeing to be bound by these terms and conditions.
The following terms and conditions must be read by the Customer before using this website. These terms and conditions accept the Customer’s use of the website and the Customer’s agreement to be bound by them. If for any reason the Customer does not accept these terms and conditions, then the website must not be used. The Customer’s access or use of the website can be terminated at anytime, with or without reason, and without prior notice to them. These terms and conditions apply to all customers of this website and are subject to change and be amended or updated from time to time. The Customer is being bound to the terms and conditions and should visit the website from time to time to review the terms and conditions. Any such revisions bind the Customer into the agreement of the website.

We operate the website www.foreverparty.co.uk. We are Forever Party, which is a trading name of Gaffar Packaging Limited, a company registered in England and Wales under company number 04406618. The company VAT number is GB 355206763

2. Products
All products, prices of products and specifications that are described on the website are subject to change from time to time without no prior notice. The Vendor reserves the right to make any changes in the product price, description, availability or delivery without notice to the Customer. The Vendor reserves the right to limit the Customer to the order quantity of any stock purchased by the Customer. The Vendor can also refuse to offer any services to the Customer and the Vendor can refuse for the Customer to purchase from the website at anytime without prior notice. Occasionally, there may be errors on the website. This may occur in the description, price, stock availability or delivery. Although every effort has been made by the Vendor to ensure that the colour of a product looks accurate, this can always vary dependent on the Customers screen and resolution. The size of the product can vary so the Vendor must always check the size of the product in the description section prior to placing an order.

3. Orders
 The Vendor will not be liable to any party for damages in using the website or any linked sites. By placing an order with the Vendor either via the Vendor’s sales department or the Vendor’s website, the Customer is offering to contract with the Vendor on the basis of these Terms and Conditions. The parties are bound by the contract only when the Vendor accepts to process the order or deliver the products to the Customer whichever occurs earlier. All orders are subject to availability and confirmation of the order price. The Vendor may limit the quantities of goods supplied to any one customer. This may affect the price you pay. In order to contract with Forever Party the Customer must be over 18 years of age and possess a valid credit or debit card issued by a bank acceptable to the Vendor. Abusive behaviour from the Customer to the Vendor’s staff will not be tolerated; and the Vendor reserves the right to refuse to sell to such Customer. Forever Party reserves the right to refuse any request made by the Customer. Once the Customer has placed an order an email will be sent with an order confirmation. When placing an order, the Customer must ensure that all details provided to the Vendor are correct and accurate. The Customer must be an authorised user of the credit or debit card used to place the order and ensure that there are sufficient funds to cover the cost of the goods being purchased. Local taxes and charges levied by Government agencies or by shipping agents on behalf of Government agencies are the responsibility of the Customer and therefore must be settled by the Customer. Calls made to the sales department may be recorded for training purposes. The Vendor reserves the right to refuse the acceptance of an order and/or to terminate any Customers using the website without explanation or notice. The Vendor can refuse entry to anyone at any time at its sole discretion.

4. Deliveries
Deliveries of Products to the Customer shall be in accordance with the Vendor’s delivery schedule. The Vendor will not always guarantee delivery in accordance to the Customers requested timing schedule. The Vendor shall not be liable of any failure to deliver Products by a particular date or arising as a result of any causes beyond the Vendor’s control. The delivery of Products shall be made by the Vendor’s courier service to an address provided by the Customer. This can be a home address or a workplace address. The Vendor will allow the Customer to arrange a delivery that suits them. If the Customers parcel has been sent via Royal Mail - Standard UK Shipping then this will take 3 to 5 working days. If the Customers parcel has been sent via Royal Mail - Express UK Shipping then this will take 1 to 3 working days. If the Customer is not in, then a card will be left. The card will give details on how to rearrange or collect the delivery. If the Customers parcel is being delivered via UK Mail/DHL - Next Day UK Delivery, then this will be received within one working day after the goods have been dispatched. Therefore, the Customer must be available to receive the parcel on the day of the delivery as they are notified the night before that the delivery is due the following day. The Customer is given the option to reschedule the delivery day either by text or online, or the Customer can arrange for the parcel to be left in a safe place or delivered to a neighbour. If the Customer has received an incorrect item or is short of an item, then the Customer services team must be informed within 7 working days via email. All goods are checked carefully by quality control prior to them being dispatched, however on the rare occasion they can be faulty. If this is the case, then the Customer should inform the Vendor within 7 working days.

Returns:
All returns should be sent back at the customers own cost unless they are faulty, damaged or supplied incorrectly. They must be returned within 14 days of receipt for a refund or exchange. All products that are returned are inspected by our returns department thoroughly. If a product is received in a condition that we think is unfit for reselling, the refund will not be processed, and the item(s) will be returned to you. Make sure you secure the products you’re returning and send the items to the address below. We recommend you obtain proof of postage. The Vendor can take up to 10 days for a refund to be processed.

5. Risk & Ownership
Ownership of all Products remain with the Vendor until goods have been fully paid for. By using this website foreverparty.co.uk, the Customer acknowledges that the use of the website is at their own risk.

6. Account:
The Customer can choose to register with the Vendor by registering when purchasing on the website. Once the Customer has registered this would create an account. The Customer can access their account by registering with a username and password. All personal information should be kept confidential by the Customer. The Customer is responsible for ensuring all personal details such as the username and password are kept confidential. The Customer is responsible for access to their account and any activities that occur under that account. The Customer should ensure the account is always logged out when it is not in use. The Customer must immediately notify the Vendor of any unauthorised use of their email address and/or password or any breach of security known to them. The Vendor may terminate the Customer’s account at anytime with or without reason and without no prior notice.

The Vendor is not responsible or liable for any third party sites or any content related to third party websites. When visiting or accessing third party websites, the Vendor holds no responsibility or liability of any content or purchases being made.

8. Prices
 The Vendor has done their utmost to ensure all product descriptions, prices, availability, delivery and returns are shown as accurately as possible, however errors may occur. If an order has been placed by a customer and if there is an error in the price, the Vendor will contact the Customer to inform them of the error. In this way the correct price will be given to the Customer and the Customer will be given an option to re confirm the order or cancel it. If the Vendor is unable to contact the Customer for any reason then the order will be cancelled and if the product has been paid for then this will be refunded. The price is the invoice price, any offers are subject to availability, and the prices quoted or shown on the Vendor’s literature are inclusive of VAT @ the standard rate where applicable. The Vendor reserves the right to vary or alter product specification & price without prior notice. The price is exclusive of postage and packaging. 9. Payment
 The Vendor accepts all major credit and debit cards which include Maestro, Visa, Visa Delta, MasterCard and Visa Electron. Authority for payment will be requested from your card issuer at the time of the Customer’s order and the card will be charged immediately. The Vendor reserves the right to terminate the agreement with the Customer if the Vendor is refused authority for payment or reasonably believes that payment will be refused at any stage.
